TRULY ENDLESS, no splice and no seam!

We use modern methods to produce our belts. With vulcanized molding, the belts come out in one piece without sewn connections, which ensures that the belts are seamless. Our belts are more scuffed and heat resistant and more durable than belts that are connected with glue.

Aolida provide TRULY ENDLESS Draw-off belts for almost every packaging machine. Our coating is a hard-wearing natural rubber featuring an especially high friction coefficient.

For high performance we offer draw-off belts from an even more resistant material. Cuttings and vacuum holes can be manufactured according to a technical drawing.

1. All the belts can be processed according to the customer’s specific requirements

AoLida belt can be vulcanized 35 Shore A to 70 Shore A. 

Coatings are available in Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile.

Red, Green, Tan, Gray, White, Blue Color.

Provide belts that have machined Vacuum holes / grooves / lateral /Diagonal slots.

2. AoLida belt widths can be adjusted based on customers request or a full sleeve can be offered.
